Identify one structural and on non-structural watershed management strategy to help reduce phosphorus in Pine River Pond. You can look at the NH stormwater manual (Links to an external site.) for ideas. Appendix D lists removal efficiencies for various BMPs so you can pick one that’s appropriate for phosphorus. Section 4 in the Squam Lake Watershed plan has lots of ideas, or use ideas from other watersheds. This should be brief, ½ page. Don’t try to solve the whole problem, just identify a few elements that would be part of a larger strategy.
