1- I have an oral presentation of the integrated change control of CCD project with my group, we already did the Change document (see attached) and based on this document I need you to complete the Baseline ( first Slide ) in the pp attached.We are sticking to the 2 risks we already mentioned, A. the impact of the software trial licenses that do not allow to:
-Complete the indirect purchases activity in Gantt un analysis phase
-the delay in the prototype phase for all project areas (mechanical electrical and software)
-this was the main issue of the low SPi and CPI performance as of October 8th
B. And the second risk related to the issues with the graphic procesos that was out of stock by Infineon.
You will find details on the files attached, I will share with you the Gantt also that you can refer to it to do the Baseline Slide. So I need you to prepare what I should say at the beginning of the presentation because I am the first to start (introduction) + what I should say to present the baseline slide.
Second task:
The audit that you have already worked on it I need you to integrate the second risk that we defined, need more content on it.
