Watch 1-2 hours of entertainment media—this could be a YouTube series, a movie, a show (streaming or television), etc. As you watch, take detailed notes (you will be turning these in) as you identify different nonverbal behaviors that have influenced relationships between the different characters, as well as how others have perceived or treated the characters based on nonverbal elements. You’ll want to identify as many different aspects of nonverbal communication as possible (hint: review information in Module 1).
In addition to your notes, you will write 1-2 double spaced pages summarizing your overall impressions or observations of nonverbal communication in its role in the storytelling, relationships, and any other aspects of nonverbal communication in the media you watched. Please cite your readings or other research in this short paper.
