Students will design, research, conduct and report original investigations of some aspect of media,
making use of a minimum of one key theory or concept from the MediaPower required reading list
and at least two real-world examples of media research. Each student will submit their research in
audio-visual, research poster, or classic written research or industry report genres
Students demonstrate their ethical approach by including a 200-word statement on how their research design takes ethics, diversity, and Indigenous issues into consideration.
LENGTH: 2,200 words (including a 200-word statement on ethics, diversity and Indigenous issues) OR a 5-minute audio-visual project OR a 1,000-word research poster.
N.B All audio visual projects and research posters should be accompanied by a 1,000-word annotated bibliography plus the required 200 word statement on ethics, diversity and Indigenous issues
