ACC 330 Final Project Three Guidelines and Rubric
Overview
The third major project within this course is closing the loop with your clients by providing them with a professional letter addressing the tax return results and
any additional questions they may have. Remember that many clients will not consider some of these changes on their own. Tax practitioners add tremendous
value to their role by helping the client think and plan ahead.
Before addressing the critical elements below, review all of your clients’ documentation within Cengage. Also, review the following email from the clients to
assist you in your response.
Use the Project Three Follow Up Client Email document (located in the assignment prompt in your course) to complete this assignment.
This project represents an authentic demonstration of competency because it is a common scenario that accountants may face in the field. The project is divided
into three submissions, which will be submitted at various points throughout the course to scaffold learning. These projects will be submitted in Modules Four,
Six, and Eight.
The assignments, readings, and activities in which you have participated in Modules Four through Six will directly support the creation of your formal response
to the clients.
In this assignment, you will demonstrate your mastery of the following course outcome:
● ACC-330-03: Articulate complex, federal tax information in a variety of formats
