In this paper you will be exploring small group communication by focusing on any or all of the following:
Roles
Leadership
Conflict
You may choose to write on just one of the above or a combination of two or three. For instance, if you decide to make the roles that people assume in small groups your focus, leadership might be a natural area to include.
You can draw on your personal experience, third party examples, the textbook and/or other outside sources as you see fit. You may also examine the area(s) in a more general manner; however, your paper should have a theme/point of view of some kind that ties it together.
*The paper will be graded on form (formatting, clarity, organization, minimum of errors) and content (cogency, quality, depth of insight, support for claims).
