Using the linked template below, each student must document the progress towards achievement of each course objective in order to earn a passing grade in the course. For every objective, the student must submit a narrative report which must contain the following elements:
- How the objective was met, if met.
- By meeting the objective, what changes does the student expect to implement in their personal nursing practice.

An interim submission of this report is required to assure timely completion of the course objectives. Feedback will be given to allow the student to fully reflect on the experiences. The final version is due at the end of the term as noted by the posted due date. Only the final version grade contributes to the course grade.
If satisfactory, a grade of “Complete” will be entered. If not, a grade of “Incomplete” will be entered and feedback will be provided to allow the student to re-examine the objective for later submission.
Narratives graded as “Satisfactory” should be added to your final objective evaluation report.
