Using the template provided for this milestone, submit a short paper in which you conduct a target market analysis. This analysis should focus on the new product the pet supply company is selling, not the company itself. It should provide information about the demographic (age, marital status, education, income, etc.), geographic (physical locations), and psychographic (personality, values, opinions, attitudes, interests, and lifestyles) of the potential target market. Based on this analysis, you will then need to discuss the needs and wants of your target market and how this new product will either appeal to a want or fulfill a need.

Regarding my business Organic Mini pet treats, there are numerous strengths that I will maximize on to make the business a success. First, our products will include natural and organic ingredients; this will provide the required nutrition for the pets. Our brand of natural and organic pet food is more digestible to the pets; this enables them to absorb all the quality nutrients from the food hence improving their immune system and general health. The organic pet food will guarantee health to the pets hence quality and long life to the pets; whatever the pet feed on affects their health and quality of their life.

Another thing that Organic Mini pet treats will focus on in its marketing is its presence in online platforms. With the rapid growth of this industry, an online presence will aid the business in having a global reach, which is vital for reaching out to more customers (Gürel, 2017). Online presence is additionally crucial for business sales as it will aid in offering convenient and quick service to customers. This is a vital marketing tool that will be used in addition to the physical store. Through this, the business will be able to reach out to a broader range of potential clients; hence it will not be restricted to one area.

Thank you for the early forum participation and for sharing your SWOT analysis with our class. You have highlighted important aspects of the product such as natural and organic ingredients as well as the need for online presence.

Please keep in mind that while Strengths and Weaknesses are internally controlled the Opportunities and Threats are external influences. Items such as the level of competition or online retailers are outside influences and should be listed in the Threats section. I suggest reviewing the Case Study from Week 1 to determine the Weaknesses of the product as you brain-storm the marketing strategy.
