Part I Document a life story

• Interview a subject 65 years or older.
• When recounting their life story, be sure to provide comprehensive details about events that occurred during at least four of the individual’s seven stages of life, as defined by Erikson

Part II Erik Erikson’s Psychosocial Theory

• Describe events of the subject’s life story that align with at least four of Erikson’s stages of Psychosocial Developmental theory as related to the life of the person interviewed by addressing each of Erikson’s stages.
• Provide examples of an event that they described as it relates to Erikson’s stage.

Part III Social Responsibility

Discuss the key people in each stage who left this impact.

• Who were these people in relationship to your subject, and why do you think they were so influential at this stage of life?
• Using deductive and/or inductive reasoning, describe how this outcome may have influenced your subject’s future decisions, behaviors, thoughts, and emotions.
• Be specific in discussion how each individual influenced or could have successfully nurture someone through the crisis of each stage.
