I provided 4 examples from previous classes to show you what the assignment is and what has to be done. And I did an outline for the poster w/ the feedback my professor gave me at the bottom, to help you see what she’s looking for because It is hard to understand for me and I am lost.

Topic Idea after her feed back would maybe be something like:

Deliverable 1: THE POSTER

Here are some simple rules for presenting an effective POSTER presentation: (Submit the poster as a PDF – create it as a single slide and convert to PDF.)

1. Title it right – Come up with an engaging and snappy title.
2. Client – explain who your client is. or example, Emergency Department in Memorial Care Medical Center which has a staff of 20 RNs, 25 CNAs, 5 Physicians, 25 administrators and others. Explain what this department does as it relates to your proposed project.
3. Explain your target audience. For example, the target audience would be the staff of ED above (assuming that you are doing a stress relief program for the staff).
4. Include all key points/ components and provide appropriate scope and depth of content:
   1. Main Problem/ Issue – do not forget social determinants of health
   2. Explain the actual strategy including a theoretical framework.
   3. Include project timeline.
   4. Expected Outcomes and Challenges of your strategy
5. Choose your words and graphic carefully (Avoid long textual passages and use graphs and diagrams as much as possible). Keep it visually simple, but highly informative. Provide a clean layout and format.
6. Proof everything carefully before submitting your final poster
7. Add Personal Touches!

Deliverable 2:POSTER NOTES

For the poster notes, include the following in a word document (overall word count ~750 words).

1. Title & group members
2. Client – explain your client. For example, Emergency Department in Memorial Care Medical Center which has a staff of 20 RNs, 25 CNAs, 5 Physicians, 25 administrators and others. Explain what this department does as it relates to your proposed project. (~ 50 words)
3. Explain your target audience. For example, the target audience would be the staff of ED above (assuming that you are doing a stress relief program for the staff). – (~25 words)
4. Social Determinants of the Problem – Explain in ~100 words. Do not just list them, explain in sentences how those determinants cause the problem.
5. Explain the actual strategy including a theoretical framework and timeline. This section should be the most detailed. ~500 words
6. Expected Outcomes and Challenges of your strategy. Explain in ~100 words
7. References – include references (5-10) to outside sources (any citation format is OK as long as they are uniform) excluding textbook and lectures.
