This is a case study assignment . I have attached the case and the questions that I should be answering ( which is from 1 to 9 only ) .
First, I strongly suggest that you answer the case questions (1 to 9) . These questions should assist you in proper use of tools of strategic analysis. Do not use them as a crutch. You are provided with a series of questions that once properly addressed will allow you to provide an in-depth case analysis. Please use the formati below;

3- recommendation ( ignore ,not my part )
Your approach should be to use the questions to expand your case analysis. In other words, after you answer the questions you need to put them into the context of the outline above. As each of you do your individual analyses, when you come together to combine your individual efforts into a finalized single submission. Your paper should be double-spaced with a cover sheet indicating each student’s name, date, class, and instructor’s name. Lastly , your paper should be written in a business format meaning that it should contain bullet points , headings , subtitles ,etc..
