The 1000-word assignment should consist of a brief summary of the chosen articles making up your organizational case and why you chose it/them. You should then go on to explore which organizational behaviour topics (with associated theories – which you reference) selected from the lecture content, and your wider reading, you are proposing to use to analyse your organizational case, as well as explaining why you chose them. It will depend on what is appropriate for your case, but you will probably be proposing no more than three theories in relation to each topic. The biggest consideration at this stage is for you to make sure that you connect the case study information as closely as possible with the two chosen topics from the module content to provide a detailed analysis in the final assignment submission
