This is for a journal for my cultural class. Please follow the directions below, answer all questions, and refer to the rubric. No plagiarism please and you can make up random experiences if you want to help create discussions on the paper. Make sure you watch an episode of your choice and detailed discuss it in the paper as well to support concepts and examples.
You must watch one of the six episodes of the documentary called Immigration Nation and write a critical review and reflection about the documentary. The review should incorporate at least two of the concepts from the 5 faces of oppression: marginalization, cultural imperialism, violence, powerlessness, exploitation.
In addition, please discuss your experience or thoughts related to working immigrants and immigration issues. Please identify which episode you are writing your journal on. These are the episodes: “Installing Fear,” “Maintaining Vigilance,” “Power of the Vote,” “The New Normal,” “The Right Way,” and “Prevention Through Deterrence.”
