Create a method called “winner( )” that determines the winner of a contest.
In your C# program, in the “main()” method, you have just read two names and two numbers (from 0 to 100, with or without decimal points – such as 8, 15.63, 9.00) from a sports database. The numbers are the times in seconds that two competitors took to run 100 meters. You decide to use a method called winner() to display the results in order of finish. From main( ), you send the names and times for both runners to the method winner( ).
Evaluate the problem and design and write complete C# code for the method winner( ).
Example:
With an input of: Allan, 9.12, Bill, 9
winner() should display the following:
| NAME | TIME |
| Bill | 9.00 |
| Allan | 9.12 |
Then write a paragraph discussing the process you went through to organize and evaluate your code.
